Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since all sales are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

What should I do if my order is defective, damaged, or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will work to resolve any issues promptly.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once your order is received, please allow us up to 5 days to process it. After processing, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details. We work diligently to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible.
What is the turnaround time (TAT) for preorders?
Our normal TAT is 6-8 weeks unless otherwise stated. We strive to ensure that each piece meets our high standards of quality, which sometimes means taking a bit longer to deliver your items. If there are any changes to the expected delivery time, we will update you promptly.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $48. However, please note that free shipping cannot be combined with special promotions or discounts.
